PAGASA monitors LPA outside PH area of responsibility

A new low pressure area (LPA) has developed outside the country’s area of responsibility on Saturday morning, Sept. 4, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
