Odisha, formerly Orissa is the most underrated food destination. It’s the misconception that the Odisha Cuisine was inherited from Bengal which made Odisha cuisine forgotten.

Team Food Culture in its third exploration visited Odisha to explore the local cuisine from different parts of the state. Odiya cuisine is very simple yet distinct from place to place.

In the third episode, FoodCulture Team explored Lord Jagannath's favorite sweet Kaja from Nrusingha Sweets located in Puri. Nrusingha Sweets is popular in serving the tastiest kaja in entire town. It's so popular that there are many duplicate shops named Nrusingha sweets.

After having kaja, we reached Nimapara and had Chenna Jhili from Patitapaban sweets stall founded by Arthabandhu sahoo. Chenna Jhili was first prepared by Artabandhu Sahoo, which has now spread entire state.
