Apple ($AAPL@US) plans to create a program to make technology supply chains more secure. Google ($GOOG@US) will invest more than $10 billion to strengthen cybersecurity. Microsoft ($MSFT@US) committed $20 billion over five years, and IBM ($IBM@US) will train more than 150,000 people in cybersecurity skills over the next three years.
