Did Bianca Belair LOSE the Royal Rumble match? (No.)

On January 31, 2021 - Bianca Belair outlasted 29 other women to win the Royal Rumble match, claiming the right to challenge one of the three brands' Womens Champions to a match at Wrestlemania 37. However, some controversy has c ome out in the days since about whether Belair's feet actually hit the floor prematurely. I'm here to settle this once and for all.
