Kolkata Knight Riders have signed up New Zealand pacer Tim Southee for the remainder of the Indian Premier League, scheduled to begin from September 19 in the UAE.The Kiwi paceman joins the Kolkata-based outfit in place of Pat Cummins, who has pulled out of the impending IPL edition citing personal reasons.Southee, 32, has previously played for Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians, and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the lucrative T20 league.




केकेआर ने आइपीएल के 14वें सीजन के बाकी बचे मैचों के लिए पैट कमिंस की जगह न्यूजीलैंड के तेज गेंदबाद टिम साउदी को चुना है। टिम साउदी पहले भी आइपीएल खेल चुके हैं, लेकिन उनका रिकार्ड इस लीग में बतौर गेंदबाज उतना अच्छा नहीं रहा है। साउदी आइपीएल में अब तक चार टीमों के लिए खेल चुके हैं, साल 2011 में उन्होंने चेन्नई सुपर किंग्स के लिए आइपीएल में डेब्यू किया था और इसके बाद से वे मुंबई इंडियंस, राजस्थान रायल्स और रायल चैलेंजर्स बैंगलोर के लिए कुल 40 मैच खेल चुके हैं, लेकिन सिर्फ 28 ही विकेट उन्होंने चटकाए हैं। कोलकाता नाइट राइडर्स आइपीएल में टिम साउदी की पांचवीं फ्रेंचाइजी होगी।
