US-Taliban middle ground regarding deadline to remove army!

Today is a big day of the Afghanistan Taliban crisis. The government has called an all-party meeting on the Afghanistan issue, and on the other hand, an alert has been issued of a terrorist attack at the Kabul airport. America, Britain, and Australia have asked their citizens to vacate the airport area. There seems to be a middle ground in the US and the Taliban regarding the August 31 deadline to withdraw troops.
