Man Balances His Body Horizontally in Air While His Friend Squats on His Stomach Holding Barbell

This man wanted to show off his core strength, so he came up with an idea. He did an exercise called the dragon flag, wherein he balanced his body horizontally in the air while holding the bench. Then his friend stepped on his stomach, holding a barbell. He did squats while standing on him while the man maintained his position.
