This large herd of Elephant have been seen around the Nwamunda Dam area now for a couple of weeks in Kruger National Park close to the Phabeni entry gate.

They have many calves in the herd and is nervous when they get close to the water maybe because of the Crocodiles in the water and just the fact that predators are always close to waterholes this time of year.

On everybody's list of an African safari, sightings are obviously, elephants as part of the big 5 so to get these animals in abundance does really make for a special safari.
