'Draconian Measures' needed in PH to fight COVID-19

In his first interview with a Philippine news organization, Dr. William Haseltine, noted infectious disease expert, professor, businessman, and author of "CV-PTSD (Covid-related Post Traumatic Stress Disorder): What It Is and What To Do About It,", tells The Manila Times' Red Mendoza that "draconian measures" against Covid-19 are needed in the Philippines to stem the increasing cases of the virus.
