The ACT has recorded 12 new COVID cases today. Testing levels have been high, and waiting times are lower so that more can come forward. Chief Minister Andrew Barr says over 20-thousand people are in quarantine because of this, and the AIS Arena has been flagged as the next mass vaccination hub for 16 to 39-year-olds.
