Bengal Violence: Calcutta HC का फैसला, Election के बाद Violence की जांच करेगी CBI | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has suffered a setback in the violence after the assembly elections in West Bengal. The Calcutta High Court has given a big order in the case of violence. It has been said in the judgment that the CBI will investigate the violence after the elections. On Thursday, a 5-judge bench of the Calcutta High Court has asked to hand over the investigation of post-poll violence cases to the Central Bureau of Investigation.

West Bengal में assembly elections के बाद हुई हिंसा में Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee को झटका लगा है. हिंसा के मामले में Calcutta High Court ने बड़ा आदेश सुनाया है. फैसले में कहा गया है कि चुनाव बाद हिंसा की जांच सीबीआई करेगी. गुरुवार को कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट की 5 जजों की बेंच ने चुनाव बाद हिंसा के मामलों की जांच Central Bureau of Investigation को सौंपने को कहा है.
