After the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan, the Taliban has captured several major cities and districts in the country. Over the last few months, the Taliban has rapidly expanded its territorial control. On Friday, the Taliban seized the country's second-largest city Kandahar. Taliban is now getting close to Kabul- the capital and largest city of Afghanistan. Amid the deteriorating situation in Afghanistan, the UK's ambassador to Afghanistan will be evacuated from Kabul.
