Reign Streiter explains why he chose Nuci's Space as his charitable donation after completing a transaction with Georgui Kassaev My Athens Realtor

Hey guys, how are you doing? My name is George and I'm here with my client and a good friend Reign Streiter, he chose Nucci space for his contribution to a non-profit after we concluded a transaction and his latest multi-family purchase. He wants to tell you, a little bit about why he chose Nucci space. Take it away Reign!
Okay, I chose Nucci space for my give back with George. George donates 10% of his commission to a local non-profit and there are 20 to choose from. So today I chose Nucci space for a couple of reasons.
One, a good friend of mine passed away recently, Mr. Warren Blackman and whenever he would buy a property, he would choose Nucci space as his choice for a give-back. So in honor of him.
Also, the mother of Nucci, who started this whole place, passed away in the past year. Yet, they continue with the work that they do here at Nucci space. They offer mental counseling for people in Athens, mostly musicians and artists. They also offer a space for musicians to practice. They offer a place for people in that community to come and feel connected with each other.
All of this was created by Nucci's mother. Nucci was a student here at UGA. He ended up committing suicide as a student dealing with depression. There are a lot of people in that 18 to 25 years old range right now, with covid and the pandemic, who have felt like they've lost their sense of place. They don't have people to talk to, they're feeling like these are supposed to be the best years of their life. Meanwhile, they're not experiencing that. So there's a lot of depression in that age group, especially these last 12 months.
Nucci space is a really important part of our community! They offer, counseling, they offer space, not only do they offer the practice forum but just a real community, where people can come and talk to each other. So I felt strongly that Nucci space was what I wanted to choose for today for those various reasons.
