Taking a big decision on Tuesday, the Supreme Court said that criminal cases against MPs and MLAs will not be withdrawn without the permission of the High Court. The court said that the state governments will not be able to withdraw the case without the permission of the concerned High Court, the court also said that the Registrar General of all High Courts should inform their Chief Justice about the pending, settlement against MPs and MLAs.


मंगलवार को Supreme Court ने बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए कहा कि HighCourt की इजाजत के बिना MPs and MLAs के खिलाफ आपराधिक मामले वापस नहीं लिए जाएंगे. कोर्ट ने कहा कि राज्य सरकारें संबंधित हाईकोर्ट की इजाजत के बिना केस वापस नहीं ले सकेंगी, कोर्ट ने ये भी कहा कि सभी हाई कोर्ट के रजिस्टार जरनल अपने चीफ जस्टिस को सांसद और विधायकों के खिलाफ लंबित, निपटारे की जानकारी दें
