Victorian health authorities are confident the latest COVID outbreak hasn’t escaped Melbourne, so if you’re outside of the city, you’ll soon have relatively more freedom of movement. Melbournians on the other hand are still waiting to find out if their lockdown will be pushed out beyond Thursday.
