Armidale region locked down as COVID spreads out of Greater Sydney

30-thousand people in the Armidale Council area have been ordered to stay home for a week. That’s because someone who was infected, travelled from the Hunter to New England. Despite the deepening crisis and criticism from Canberra, the State Government is defending its strategy.
