Security forces killed one terrorist in the encounter while the other was caught alive in Budgam. Security forces laid siege early in the morning. Seeing the security forces, the terrorists started firing. One terrorist was killed while the other fled and hid in the truck, but the security forces caught him alive. The security forces have also arrested the truck driver. Watch this report.
