The Delta variant has become the dominant strain in Malaysia, contributing to the rise in Covid-19 cases, said Dr Hishamshah Mohd Ibrahim.

The Deputy Health director-general (research and technical support) said that on Friday (August 6) and gave a report on the genomic sequencing carried out on the variants of concern (VOC) cases in the country.
