Opposition parties to head to Jantar Mantar in show of support for farmers

Opposition party leaders will march from the parliament to the Jantar Mantar, where farmers protesting against the three agri bills are encamped. Farmers have been holding peaceful protests at the Jantar Mantar in Delhi since the first day of the Monsoon Session. The show of support for the farmers comes after a meeting of Floor leaders attended by former Congress president Rahul Gandhi, LoP Mallikarjun Kharge and others from the DMK, Trinamool Congress, RJD, Samajwadi Party, AAP among others.
