Building in public can be scary. But it’s the best way to build awareness for a new venture and get advice from experienced people who’ve done it before.

A year ago, my co-founder and I failed to launch our very first plugin. We couldn’t even get people to try the FREE version! After that, I committed to building in public for our new plugin, Newsletter Glue.

That changed everything.

By being more open and tweeting about my journey, I went on podcasts for the first time, wrote guest posts, had many zoom chats with experienced founders which gave me excellent advice, and much more.

As a result, we successfully launched Newsletter Glue and it has been growing ever since.
