The Pentagon in the US was put under a temporary lockdown after multiple gunshots were heard near the Transit Center on Tuesday. The public was advised to avoid travelling to the area as it was deemed to be unsafe. According to news agency the Associated Press, multiple gunshots were fired on a bus platform near Pentagon's Metro station. Watch this video.
