Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, in a meeting with Opposition leaders on the Pegasus issue, also proposed a cycle rally to the Parliament in protest against the rising fuel prices. He said, "As far as the fuel prices are concerned, the people of India are struggling. If we go from here [Constitution Club of India, Delhi] to the Parliament on bicycles, people of India will see that the Opposition feels the pain of the increasing fuel prices.
