Victoria’s new travel permit system impacting local businesses

After just two new local infections recorded in Victoria, the State Government has moved to further tighten the borders with New South Wales to make sure the numbers keep heading in the right direction. From midnight, the new rules will mean residents in border-bubble communities will be locked out of Victoria if their movements don’t align with six essential reasons.
