Ilang araw bago muling ipatupad ang Enhanced Community Quarantine sa Metro Manila, bumigat ang trapiko sa ilang border sa NCR Plus bubble dahil sa mga quarantine checkpoint.
May paalala naman ang DILG at PNP sa publiko kasunod ng dagdag na paghihigpit.
