20 elderly trapped in chiplun landslide rescued after a week

After the tragedy of floods in Maharashtra, people's livelihood has become very difficult. Because the flood has washed away the entire household of the people and made their homes into rubble. The maximum impact of floods is visible in Konkan and Western Maharashtra. The people of Chiplun are still in tremble remembering the doom that occurred in their village last week. When the landslide happened, 15 to 20 elderly people got trapped in it. They were not enough capable of getting out of the trap. Thus after 7 days, NDRF personnel arrived and brought them out safely.
