A South Australian man who's made a mercy dash from Spain to see his dying mother in Adelaide has been tripped up at the last hurdle. Daniel Cioffi had a letter from the Premier and a charity ready to provide him a solo flight from hotel quarantine in Brisbane, but SA Health has refused permission.
