Lockdowns in next phase unlikely but possible

The National Cabinet has agreed to new targets that will trigger the gradual easing of restrictions and reopening of the economy. The Prime Minister has announced that 70 percent of Australians will need to have had two shots of a COVID-19 vaccination before there will be fewer lockdowns.
