Delhi Police constable beats man to death in viral video

A Delhi Police constable has been arrested for allegedly beating a man to death in the city. The constable has been identified as Monu Sirohi. A video of the incident, which has now gone viral, showed the constable mercilessly thrashing the man. The cop, along with his suspected accomplices, then carried the body in a car and dumped it near a canal in Meerut.
