Victoria records three new local COVID cases

There were three new local COVID cases in Melbourne overnight, all three are linked to existing outbreaks and have been in isolation while infectious. Victoria’s Health Minister Martin Foley said that two people are in intensive care with COVID – one is on a ventilator.
