HONEY CHICKEN
FOR SAUCE :
TOMATO KETCHUP - 5 TBSP
SUGAR - 4 TBSP
HONEY - 2 TBSP
WATER - 3 TBSP

MARINATE :
BONELESS CHICKEN CUBES - 500 GMS
SALT - 1/2 TSP
GARLIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP
WATER - 2 TBSP

FOR BATTER
EGG – 1
SALT - 1/4 TSP
GARLIC POWDER - 1/4 TSP
WATER - 6 TBSP
BAKING POWDER - 2 TSP
CORN STARCH - 1/2 CUP OR 50 GMS
WHITE FLOUR - 3/4 CUP OR 100 GMS
OIL - 2 TBSP

METHOD :

Make a sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients.
Marinate the chicken by salt,garlic powder and water.
Make a batter by mixing all the ingredients of batter.
And then add the batter in chicken and then fry the chicken two times so it becomes crispy.
Cook the sauce and then toss the chicken in it.
Garnish with sesame seed.
