Judge Uttam Anand death case: Accident or conspiracy?

An Additional District Judge (ADJ) of Dhanbad district was killed after being hit by an autorickshaw while he was on a morning walk on Wednesday. The incident was initially believed to be a hit-and-run case. But the case took a turn after the CCTV footage of the incident emerged. As per the reports, the cases of several powerful persons were going on in the same court in which he was a judge. So the question arises, whether the judge was killed or it is an accident?
