Due to heavy rains, the water level of all the rivers flowing in Jammu and Kashmir has increased, river drains are in spate. There is an atmosphere of panic among the people due to the rise in the water level of Chenab river in Akhnoor. Apart from this, the administration is on alert after the water level of many rivers in the Kashmir Valley has increased.
