Heavy rain has caused severe flooding in several parts of the country. Several people were reported missing after cloudbursts hit Lahaul-Spiti, Kullu, and Chamba districts of Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday. Flash floods triggered by cloudbursts washed away a bridge. Watch the video.
