How to make vegan duck confit from seitan

Make a whole duck out of seitan, complete with skin. Then season your vegan duck pieces with salt, pepper, thyme and assorted herbs. Cover the duck in olive oil or vegetable oil, then top off with water. Slow bake in the oven for one hour, or longer for a more tender and flavorful seitan duck. This dish is 100% vegan.
