Chhattisgarh: Virendra Singh Gunguna, also known as Green Commando, in Balod district, pasting pictures of God on nearly 2900 trees to save them from being cut down. These trees will be cut to make Taroud-Daihan bypass.

छत्तीसगढ़: बालोद ज़िले में वीरेन्द्र सिंह गुनगुना जिन्हें ग्रीन कमांडो के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, क़रीब 2900 पेड़ों को कटने से बचाने के लिए उन पर भगवान की तस्वीरें चिपका रहे हैं। तरौद-दैहान बायपास बनाने के लिए इन पेड़ों को काटा जाएगा।
