What DGP said on shooting down explosive-laden drone in JK?

On Friday, the Jammu and Kashmir Police shot down a hexacopter drone in the Akhnoor area of the Jammu district. The drone was shot down around 8 km inside the International Border. Police have also recovered 5 kg of an improvised explosive device which was to be assembled and to be used by terrorists, police said. This drone was seen in the Akhnoor area, on spotting it, the Jammu and Kashmir Police came into action and the bullet fired from AK-47 brought the drone to the ground. This suspicious drone was flying within 8 kilometers of the Indian border in Akhnoor. The weight of the drone is said to be 17 kg while its diameter was 6 feet.
