Normal life in Bihar's Darbhanga has been disrupted due to heavy rains for the past few days as many places remain flooded. The Naya Tola village in the Hayaghat block of Darbhanga, Bihar, has been reeling in floods for the last 15 days, forcing more than half of the population in this village to migrate to safer places.
