Duterte still won't cooperate with ICC despite Supreme Court affirmation of Rome Statute

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte will still not let the government cooperate with the International Criminal Court (ICC) if it decides to launch a formal probe into his drug despite the country's own Supreme Court affirming the government's obligation to do so. Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque says the Supreme Court's remarks are not legally binding.
