Heavy rains turned Gurugram roads into small rivers

Delhi-NCR received heavy rain on Monday morning which led to waterlogging in low-lying areas and affected traffic movement in several areas. The IMD has predicted that thunderstorm with light to moderate intensity rain would occur over and adjoining areas of entire Delhi and NCR. The situation was particularly bad in Gurugram where rains flooded the roads, turning them into small rivers. Many vehicles lay marooned on the roads as they got stuck due to waterlogging.
