WC MEC speaks on the taxi violence in the province

At least seven people have died in Cape Town this week in taxi violence. Transport MEC in the Western Cape Daylin Mitchell has threatened to shutdown taxi ranks completely if the violence continues. Mitchell is meeting with taxi bosses today. Courtesy #DStv403
