The heavy rain in Mumbai has put a brake on the city that never sleeps. Knee-deep water had accumulated, on the railway station and even the tracks are flooded and the local trains had to be stopped on some routes. Rain warnings have been issued for many areas and there is also an alert of high tide in the sea.
