1.Rice powder (2 cup). = চালের গুঁড়ো (২ কাপ)।
2.Salt to taste. = লবণ স্বাদ অনুসারে ।
3.Sugar(50g). = চিনি (৫০ গ্রাম)।
4.Milk (1 cup). = দুধ ( ১ কাপ)।
5.Little oil. = তেল সামান্য।

Khisha/Pur

4.Milk (1 cup). = দুধ (১ কাপ)।
5.Sugar(200g). = চিনি (২00 গ্রাম)।
6.Grated coconut(1 cup). = নারিকেল কোড়ানো (১ কাপ)।
7.Khoya kheer(Mava)(½ cup).= আধা কাপ খোয়া ক্ষীর।
