World Test Championship: ICC made changes points system for second edition of WTC | वनइंडिया हिंदी

ICC on Wednesday confirmed the points system for the second edition of the ICC World Test Championship as well as the bilateral series that will be part of the 2021-23 cycle commencing next month.Each match of the upcoming WTC will now be contested for the same number of points – 12 for a win, four for a draw and six for a tie, moving away from the previous system where the same number of points were allocated to each series, divided across the number of matches played.

इंटरनेशनल क्रिकेट काउंसिल यानी ICC के आइसीसी विश्व टेस्ट चैंपियनशिप कराना एक सफल प्रयोग साबित हुआ है, अब आईसीसी इसके दूसरे साइकिल की तैयारी में लग गई, भारत और इंग्लैंड के बीच होने वाली पांच मैचों की टेस्ट सीरीज आइसीसी विश्व टेस्ट चैंपियनशिप की अगली साइकिल के तहत ही खेली जाएगी, लेकिन पहले टेस्ट चैंपियनशीप में आईसीसी को जिस बात को लेकर काफी फजीहत का सामना करना पड़ा था वो थी इसकी अंक प्रणाली और Point System अब आइसीसी इसको लेकर काफी सजग नजर आ रहा है, और आईसीसी ने विश्व टेस्ट चैंपियनशिप के दूसरे सत्र में अंक प्रणाली कैसी होगी इसको लेकर जानकारी साझा कर दी है।
