पूरी दुनिया में वैक्सीन लगवाने का काम जोरों पर है. एक्सपर्ट्स वैक्सीन लगवाने से पहले और बाद में कई खास बातों का ध्यान रखने की सलाह दे रहे हैं. डेली मेल की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, रूस में लोगों को वैक्सीन लगवाने के बाद कम से कम तीन दिनों तक शारिरिक संंबंध ना करने की सलाह दी जा रही है. रूस के लोगों को वैक्सीन लगवाने के बाद किसी भी तरह के ज्यादा शारीरिक मेहनत वाले काम ना करने की सलाह दी है. इन चीजों में सेक्स भी शामिल है. इससे पहले यहां के लोगों को वैक्सीन लगवाने के बाद शराब और सिगरेट से भी दूर रहने को कहा जा चुका है. भारत में वैक्सीनेशन के बाद ऐसी कोई आधिकारिक गाइडलाइन नहीं जारी की गई है. हालांकि यूनिसेफ की तरफ से वैक्सीन लगवाने के बाद कुछ खास बातों का ख्याल रखने की सलाह दी गई है. यूनिसेफ का भी कहना है कि वैक्सीन लगवाने के 2-3 दिनों तक किसी भी तरह के भारी फिजिकल एक्टिविटी से बचना चाहिए क्योंकि इस दौरान शरीर वैक्सीन के साइड इफेक्ट से रिकवर होता है.
