Russia is testing whether dogs can fly out of a plane with a parachute in areas where it is not possible for helicopters or planes to land. Footages from the first test landing are going crazy viral on social media. Technodinamika, a part of the Rostec State Corporation, has developed parachutes that can drop a person along with a service dog in places where landing a plane or helicopter is not an option.Watch video,
