Tesla in recent times has gain a big percentage in its share price which led to Elon Musk becoming the richest person of the world. But the question is whether the rise in Tesla's share price is based on its performance or something else.
Increase in share price of a company because of some other factors may create a bubble for the investors and the day the bubble bursts, the retail investors lose money.
To prevent this we need to be sure whether the valuation of the company is real or not. So, in this video I have explained whether Tesla is overvalued or not.
