Dozens of districts of Bihar are drowning in water. Water has entered houses and hospitals. Gandak River is overflowing and wreaking havoc in Muzaffarpur. The people of the village are forced to live in makeshift shelters on the road for three months. Till now they have not got any facility from the government.
