Ashes of Covid-19 victims to be used as fertiliser for growing forest in Bhopal

The ashes of people who died of Covid-19 during the second wave are being used as a fertiliser to develop 'Shri Ram Van' at Bhadbhada Vishram Ghat using a Japanese technique called Miyawaki. "We will plant 3500 saplings in 12,000 sq ft of land. It will become trees in 15-20 months. It will be 30% denser than normal forest," said project head Tanmay Jain.
