Professor Peter McIntyre is an immunisation expert at the Universities of Sydney and Otago and sits on the World Health Organisation’s strategic advisory group of experts for vaccines. He’s in lockdown in Sydney, unable to return to his family in New Zealand, and he says governments should be bold in taking into account the protection offered by vaccination.
