Kathua: 3 women were rescued after rise in river water level

Three women were rescued in Kathua after rise in water level in Uhl river on Monday. A team of police and SDRF rescued the stranded people with the help of locals. Local administration alreday suggested people to not go near river area during rainy season. Watch the video for more information.
